If you are looking for dancing machines to cause you to jump higher, you have to know that most don't work. The difficulty here is you need to train your muscles the right way, plus some machines do allow this, but you'll be able to do it all without any machines. I'm going to show you a couple of tricks that'll have you jump higher.
First off you have to know your chief bound muscles are the Quads and calfs. You should train these to get your vertical jump upward. There are lots of exercises you can do for these muscles, but I'm about to give you one important process that may work.
OK, so you can jump, right? But imagine if you added say 75 pounds to your body when your jumping? What do you believe would happen to your vertical jump? I'm talking about your Jump machines to cause you to leap higher in a sense. OK before we get ahead of our self here let me provide you with a couple of warnings.
It is best to add 5 pounds to your weight when jumping. To do this simply discover a tight fitting publication back and set 5 lbs worth of weight inside it. Now gradually increase this weight by 5 pounds per week and your system will not have any alternative but to leap higher. You should do that for at least 30 minutes a day, simply jump as you normally would playing basketball. I even suggest you play say a 30 minute game of basketball every day with this weight on you. But I do pressure be careful when doing this please, and consult your physician if you've got any health problems. Now that you have your Jump machines to allow you to jump higher, you've no alternative but to raise your vertical leap!
